Kajonkiet International School Phuket is a new educational community where we have an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic team of practitioners who are ready to provide your child with an exciting school experience that they will never forget.
KISP will inspire and capture the imagination of your child. Hidden away in a quiet area of stunning countryside in Kathu, our new campus will provide the facilities to create a fantastic learning environment. There will be vast indoor and outdoor learning areas with first class sports facilities, ICT and classroom resources.
Kajonkiet International School Phuket offers children the continuity and security of a single educational journey right through their vital developmental years, providing the education, experience and skills that will be preparation for life.
N.B. Our school is currently under construction and due for completion August 2011.

School History
Kajonkietsuksa School was established on 25th May 1954 by Khun Chai Ketkul, with the support of Luang Kajon Lohavej. The school was opened in order to further educational growth according to National Policy and the Ministry of Education’s curriculum has been implemented ever since.
In 1964, a two-storey wooden house was redesigned to be used as classrooms. In 1986 the school’s ownership was passed on to Khun Pravit Laoviseskul and later, in 1995, to Khun Thidaporn Laoviseskul who is still the School Directress now.
From the two-storey wooden house to the two colourful concrete buildings at Phuket Villa 5, the school today houses all Kindergarten Levels and Primary 1 to 6 in English, ESC and Thai Programmes. There is also Mattayom 1 to 5 in English and ESC Programmes.
The school now employs more than 170 teaching staff, both Thai and Foreign, and has more than 2,000 students currently studying with us.
Kajonkiet is now proud to be opening their first international school in August 2011. The school will be located at the new campus in Kathu, Phuket. Kajonkiet realises the importance of providing children with an appropriate education that will prepare them for a future in an international community.
