Academic Programme


Thai Programme: Kajonkietsuksa School uses the Thai Ministry of Education's Curriculum. With more than 50 years of good reputation running a Thai programme, the school continues improving to satisfy local people in the community as well as the neighbouring provinces.

English Programme: In 2000, Kajonkietsuksa School was the first school in Phuket that set up an English Programme using the Thai curriculum. The aim of this programme is to meet the demands of parents and to promote the children to become competent in the English language. More than 60% of subjects, such as English, Maths, Science, Computer, Art, Sport and Health, are taught in English. Thai, Social studies and Home Economics are taught in the Thai language. The school has a good response from the people in Phuket, neighbouring provinces, foreigners and expats. All students are taught to maintain and realize the importance of Thai culture, values and morality.

English Special Class (ESC): In 2006, the school initiated the new class to serve the needs of Thai parents who wish their children to learn more than 30% of English taught subjects: English, Maths, Computer and Art. This class aims to broaden the English skills of the students and introduce a variety of vocabulary in many subjects, as well as to experience real-life situations with the native-speakers.
